For Generations to Come

As we look around our congregation on Sunday mornings and see the smiling faces of a growing number of young people, we recognize the need to prepare for the future of Floyd United Methodist Church. Over the past 15 years we have spent approximately $200,000 on renovations and repairs to the church building and grounds. This investment in our infrastructure has used up our ready reserves leaving little to take care of future needs. To prepare the way for the generational growth of our church, our church leadership has decided to undertake a capital campaign to raise $300,000 in donations and pledges over the next three years to stabilize our church’s financial future and enable us to share Christ in Floyd for generations to come.

Our Goals

$100,000 to be invested for future building needs

$100,000 for current church building needs

$70,000 for parsonage needs

$30,000 for children and student ministry

Total: $300,000
